Description:

You will perform the basic steps in a business negotiation. This course is targeted at business professionals who may or may not be in a supervisory position and want to learn negotiating skills.


Technical Requirements:

  1. Flash enabled Web-browser (e.g. IE 8, IE 7, Firefox, Safari, Opera or Chrome)
  2. Valid copy of software (licensed copy or demo version)
  3. Minimum screen resolution : 1024 x 768

Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
